General Info

Methods of Payment

Credit Card Payment: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. New Clients are by default credit card customers. Your credit card will be billed when your order is shipped or picked up. If we are unable to run your card, your order will be held until a valid number is processed. 

Check: We accept personal and business checks with proper credentials. Returned checks will incur a $35 service fee. 

Rush Services

We offer 100% Rush orders for same day service. Depending on the volume of work in the lab at the time of the order, determines the pricing. At times we are able to complete a Rush job at no additional charge.

Remakes

If there is a problem with an order please call customer service to get it resolved. We guarantee the quality of our work and make every effort to produce your order without mistakes. Remakes will only be done for the same services and from the original files submitted in the original order.

Shipping Damage

If you receive a shipment that appears damaged, do not refuse the shipment. Please keep the shipping box for return. We will file the claim with the shipping company. Contact us immediately to get a remake order started. Shipping damage is outside of our control, and we are only responsible for replacing the damaged product.

Sales Tax

Professional Color Service is required by law to collect sales tax on all orders picked up or delivered in the state of Louisiana, unless you provide a state tax exemption certificate.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders in the United States are shipped for delivery by UPS or USPS. All orders are charged a flat rate of $8.00. Most orders in Louisiana and Mississippi are delivered next day. Overnight or other shipping methods will be billed at actual shipping rates.  Drop shipping is available for an additional $4.50 per box.

Print Size & Cropping

We use state of the art digital printers throughout the lab. These machines all have tolerances that need to be adhered to for producing prints. To prevent thin white lines from appearing on the edge of your prints, every image is slightly enlarged when printed onto the paper. This means you will lose a little of your images around the edges. The amount lost will vary slightly depending on which printer it is made. For this reason we recommend you keep all important information at least a .25 inch from the edge of the image. Also, any product with length or width within .125 inch of published size, will not be remade.

Color Management

Please use 8 bit sRGB color files. We accept .jpg, .png and flattened .tif files. No LZW compression should be used, and no extra channels, layers, or layer masks can be in the file. Digital file names must be alpha-numeric only. Do not include and special characters including !@#$%^&*(){}

Ordering

The easiest and best way to get digital images to the lab is through ProColor ROES. This online ordering system is available under the ROES/Downloads tab at the top of the page. Every product we offer is available from ROES.  You may also submit your files on a CD or flash drive. A $5 handling fee will be added to your order.  Lastly, many of our specialty items can be ordered from www.nolaphotogifts.com
